The Eastern Montana Fairgrounds holds many activities throughout the year. The biggest is the Eastern Montana Fair which is held in August of each year.
Many local activities are held at the fairgrounds some includes rodeos, horse racing, carnivals, demolition derbies. The fairground is the home of the Miles City Youth Hockey Association the “Generals”, the brand-new Event Center and the World Famous Bucking Horse Sale.
