Fairgrounds Supervisor
Job Summary: The Fairgrounds Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Custer County’s Fairgrounds, ensuring all activities and events are conducted safely, efficiently and in compliance with County guidelines and applicable laws. This role is responsible for managing facilities, staff and resources, coordinating a diverse range of public events and maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. The Supervisor leads planning and execution of fairs, rodeos, concerts, livestock shows and other community events, while fostering positive relationships with the public, vendors and local organizations. Additionally, the position ensures sound fiscal management, effective personnel administration and continuous improvement of fairgrounds operations to support the County’s mission and community engagement.
Starting Wage: $24.12/hour
Reports to: Custer County Fair Board and Custer County Commissioners

Job Summary: The Full-Time Sanitarian performs a range of professional duties related to environmental health and sanitation to protect people and communities from public health risks.
